Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce across multiple locations. You will design and deliver training programs that align with our organizational goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Develop and implement tailored training programs to meet the specific needs of diverse teams and departments across the region.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions that utilise a variety of methodologies to ensure effective learning and retention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify skill gaps and emerging training needs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions to promote best practices and enhance employee performance.
  • Deliver Induction, onboarding programs to New Starters as required across regions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, training techniques, and compliance requirements to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
  • Work collaboratively, build positive relationships, and contribute to a productive team dynamic.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Certification in training methodologies or adult learning principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Teams.
