We’re working with a leading chartered insurance broker to recruit a Private Client Producer with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and families. This is a unique opportunity for a relationship-driven insurance professional to join a highly regarded, discreet advisory firm with a deep-rooted client-first ethos.
You will be joining a specialist private client division offering a bespoke, personal service to individuals with complex lifestyles, high-value assets, and specific risk requirements. You’ll be supported by experienced broking and administrative teams, enabling you to focus on developing long-term relationships and building your portfolio of private clients.
The Role:
As a Producer, you’ll lead on the acquisition of new high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored personal insurance solutions with the highest standards of service, discretion, and professionalism. This role suits someone with a consultative, empathetic approach who understands the importance of trust and integrity in managing private client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new high-net-worth client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives
- Provide expert guidance and risk advice across personal insurance lines including high-value home, motor, art, jewellery, and family protection policies
- Work closely with internal broking and client service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional ongoing support
- Maintain the highest standards of client confidentiality and regulatory compliance
- Represent the business with discretion, professionalism, and gravitas
- Meet agreed targets for new business and portfolio growth
About You:
- Experience in a client-facing insurance role, ideally within a private client or high-net-worth environment
- Deep understanding of personal insurance products tailored to affluent individuals and families
- Proven ability to develop trusted client relationships and build a pipeline through proactive networking
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and client-focused
- Cert CII or progression toward insurance qualifications
- Exposure to family offices, private banks, or high-end professional services
- Regional or sector-specific HNW knowledge
- Full UK driving licence (for client visits as needed)
