Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with daily needs, taking initiative to ensure their well-being
- Maintain health and safety through high-quality personal care and environment monitoring
- Follow an individualized Plan of Care to assist with hygiene, mobility, eating, dressing, shaving, transfers, and other duties
