I\’m currently working with a client in Berkshire that’s looking for an Interim Repairs Surveyor to support their Asset Management team.
Role Overview
This is a technical surveying role focused on diagnosing and managing complex housing repairs across the organisation’s stock. Key responsibilities include specifying works, overseeing repair projects, post-inspections, and advising on issues such as damp & mould, disrepair claims, Party Wall matters, and latent defects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in housing maintenance, strong technical knowledge, and preferably experience within the social housing sector.
Location: Berkshire
Contract: 6 months (with a strong likelihood of extension)
Rate: Up to £40 p/h
