The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

One of my Local Authority clients based in the South East is looking for a Building Project Manager on an interim basis for an initial 4 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Building works to remodel the Civic Centre.
  • Act as the client and oversee works which are completed to a timescale and budget.
  • Consultation on Zonal Layout i.e. this team will be on such floor.
  • Oversee phased delivery of works.
  • Work alongside the Facilities team at times.

This role focuses on the remodel of the Office Civic Centre. You must have experience in overseeing building works and construction along with project managing this.

A beneficial but not necessary skill would be to have experience in Space Planning. It would also be beneficial if you are MRICS or MCIOB qualified (but not a must).

You would be working in the office for 1 day per week and working remotely for the rest of the week (this is negotiable for the right candidate)
