GoodOaks Home Care are looking for a fantastic and experienced care professional to join our friendly and supportive team.

GoodOaks are recruiting for a Trainee Care Coordinator to join our great team in Bedford. Our Care Coordinators ensure our clients receive quality care, including organising rotas based on clients’ requested call times and carer availability, communicating with staff, clients, families, and professionals.

What will you do?

  • Producing weekly rotas and team liaison – full training will be provided
  • Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Managing care scheduling and client contact
  • Attend care calls and cover on-call along with the rest of team
  • Keep morale high within your team and be reactive when needed
  • To help the training and induction of new starters and support carers
  • Help the company grow, take on extra clients and learn how to do initial visits and planning
  • To allow GoodOaks to provide a continuous and reliable service
