We are seeking a Field Sales Specialist to join our Robotics Sales team. The role provides specialist sales and implementation support to our customers. This is a national position; residing near London, East Anglia, or Cambridgeshire is advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with sales and robotics leadership to support customers throughout the sales process, including implementation.
  • Providing demonstrations and training on our robotics portfolio to increase utilization and grow accounts.
  • Offering advice, guidance, and product knowledge to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborating with marketing, medical education, and sales teams to drive revenue and strengthen relationships.

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Robotics portfolio revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clinical and non-clinical customers.
  • Supporting existing customers and assisting with new account implementation, primarily in hospital theatre environments.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Significant experience in a hospital theatre environment is essential.
  • Full training will be provided. Experience with robotics or enabling technologies in medical devices is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A proven track record of success in customer and patient outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
