A busy and well-established residential property team is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential conveyancing experience to further their career in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will provide hands‑on support across a broad range of residential property transactions, ensuring efficient progression of matters and high‑quality client service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers, and related residential property matters
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, forms, and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to progress transactions
- Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
- Supporting fee earners with due diligence, enquiries, and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and relevant legislation
- Managing client communications professionally and promptly
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within residential conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of residential property transactions and related documentation
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident and professional communicator
