Your role

Responsibilities

  • Delivering evidence-based therapy to participants in homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.
  • Applying the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve personal goals.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and create innovative solutions.
  • Building deep relationships with participants and their support networks to create meaningful and sustainable change.

About you

Qualifications

  • Current (or pending) AHPRA Registration and a recently completed degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings.

Compensation & benefits

  • Salary of $85,960 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading and superannuation).
  • Bonus structures: earn up to $3,000 per year for meeting role requirements and up to $10,000 more annually for increased billable time.
