This role supports both Hastings customers and other effected parties when an accident is not their fault. As a Hire Monitor Handler you will provide vehicle repair and car hire solutions to the non fault party, and provide an excellent customer experience that demonstrates Hasting\’s Market leading customer service. As a Hire Monitor Claims handler you will learn basic legal liability and insurance indemnity outcomes, and how to value/negotiate customer losses to ensure the claims costs are kept to a minimum. This role will include servicing inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers, providing a professional service. What are we looking for in the ideal candidate? The ability to objection handle and demonstrate resilience whilst ensuring you provide a great customer experience.
