Sales Administrator – Wollaston BMW

Location: Northampton

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Wollaston BMW, part of the William Morgan Group, is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the sales function at an exiting time as we look forward to moving to brand new state of the art premises on Bedford Road.

About the Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle orders and related documentation. You\’ll work closely with our sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing vehicle orders using internal systems
  • Preparing and managing all documentation for new and used vehicle sales
  • Liaising with internal departments, finance companies, and external suppliers
  • Maintaining precise records and stock details
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks

About You:

We\’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in an administrative role (automotive sector preferred but not essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using databases
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
