Children\’s Home Deputy Manager
Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years\’ experience in a children\’s residential care home, with at least 12 months in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role. They will also possess a Level 3 Diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage staff working in a care role
- Develop and implement effective care plans for young people
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and expectations
- Maintain accurate records and reports
