Salary: Up to £35,000 PA (Dependant on experience)

Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm)

The opportunity has arisen for a HCA to join a reputable, independent service covering multiple GP Practices in Lewisham. The group are ideally looking for someone to work full-time (37.5 hours) from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and are happy to provide support/training/funding to build on your continued professional development.

About the Role

This opportunity is for a HCA, with Primary Care experience to work across GP practices in Lewisham carrying out NHS health checks, you will also be required to carry out Long Term Condition checks e.g Diabetes / Asthma / COPD / Dementia / Hypertension which are delivered for housebound patients resident in the borough of Lewisham in the patient\’s home. Therefore the successful candidate must be able to drive and own a car, mileage is expensed.

The team are looking for someone with primary care experience, who are able to see patients for NHS health checks and long term conditions. Due to the role involving a need to visit patients in their home, a valid driving licence and own car is a must, although mileage will be expensed.
