At Bromford, our purpose is simple: to invest in homes and relationships so people can thrive. We believe that everyone has the right to live in a home that is safe, secure, and warm – and we will never compromise on this standard.
We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our Adaptation Team and help us deliver homes that empower our customers to live independently, confidently, and with dignity. You will play a key role in shaping how we respond to adaptation needs, working closely with colleagues, local authorities, and external partners to ensure we offer tailored, accessible housing solutions.

You\’ll complete 2-3 customer property assessments per week, with the rest of your time spent working flexibly between home and our offices.
Due to the travel required for this role, we offer either a company car or a cash allowance alternative, ensuring you have the flexibility and support needed to carry out your responsibilities effectively.

Additional Requirements
- You must hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- A full UK driving licence
- You must be able to complete a DBS Enhanced and Adult Barred List Check
