Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kent

Your day to day will look like:
- Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
- Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
- Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
Requirements:
- HNC / HND in Surveying or equivalent
- Proven experience as the SQS with a Regional / National contractor
- A good understanding of building regulations and legal obligations
- A good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Strong mathematical and IT ability
- Negotiating and networking skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Good team working skills
