Location: Bristol HQ – Remote – 2 days per month on site

This position is central to our digital transformation journey. By optimising our Workday system, you\’ll ensure our teams have the tools and insights they need to provide outstanding care to our customers.

Experience Required:

  • Extensive Workday configuration knowledge and experience in two or more key modules (HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance & Talent, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and big-picture thinking
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills, working effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of Workday security, data integrity, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence for managing change requests and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and optimising Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic priorities
  • Developing complex reports and discovery dashboards that provide actionable insights to key decision-makers
  • Leading system enhancements, updates, and releases to maximise business value and user adoption
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing solutions that streamline operations
  • Collaborating with business leads and stakeholders to ensure Workday capabilities support our organisational goals
