We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Project Manager to join our team and become a vital part of a team-oriented environment! Our Landscaping Project Manager will play an essential role in the day-to-day leadership of our crew members. This is an ideal role for a tech-savvy Landscaping Project Manager with strong attention to detail, a passion for leading a team and the experience to deliver profitable landscape enhancement projects. We offer a stable, professional, collaborative work environment that values input and fosters growth. We provide a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $80,000 – $100,000, health insurance, a profit sharing program, a Simple IRA with a 4% company match, paid time off, and a company vehicle.
Requirements for our Landscaping Project Manager:
- 3+ years of experience leading landscape maintenance crews
- 3+ years of project management experience with installation or enhancement projects
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and plant knowledge
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
- Experience with landscape management software required, Aspire preferred
- Strong people leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Primary Responsibilities for our Landscaping Project Manager:
- Create and monitor maintenance routes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Deliver enhancement projects on time and within budget
- Coach and develop 6-8 crews to achieve results
- Develop project plans that cover timelines, budgets, and resources
- Procure materials and plants for all enhancement projects
- Oversee daily site operations to maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance
- Create a culture of recognition and accountability for all team members
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions
- Identify challenges and provide effective solutions to keep projects on track
