Document Controller Twickenham site based Large Tier one Main Contractor The purpose is to maintain an upstream and downstream communication of documents in a timely manor. Responsibilities: * To work with the Lead Document Controller to manage the Project's document control process via Common Data Environments (CDE). E.g. Sharepoint / Microsoft Teams, Client (Twexnet) and Kier (ProjectWise) portals, providing a well-regulated information resource. * Support the site team to access documents and records in a timely and controlled manner * Checking documents submitted – Quality Control * To be responsible for document version control (with the Lead Document Controller) * To aid with the management of the security and access to the document control system * Accessing client portals and according communication with Clients at team member's request * Downloading docs from portal or e-mail * Uploading document to relevant platforms – i.e. MS Teams, ProjectWise, Twexnet, SharePoint etc and storing in the folder structure and keeping version control right * Creating the project space on Teams / Sharepoint with the structure * Working with the Lead Document Controller to manage document control registers (Drawings, Technical Queriers, Waivers, Specifications, etc) * Issuing updates / registers to the team Please apply to be considered
