* Location: Warrington
* Key Stages: 3 and 4
* Contract: Long-term supply role
* Start Date: Immediate
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Social and Emotional Support Worker, you will :

* Provide tailored social and emotional support to students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
* Help students manage their emotions, develop coping strategies, and engage with learning.
* Work closely with teachers and staff to implement personalized support plans.

As a Social and Emotional Support Worker, you will have:

* Experience in working with students with SEMH needs or in a similar role.
* A calm, empathetic, and patient approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
