Location: Ashington
Contract: Permanent and Fixed Term Positions; Temporary positions to 31st March 2026.
Hours: 37 per week Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,142.00 per annum

- Planning and scheduling trade resources
- Delivering high level business support and administrative activities
- Providing advice, support and guidance on repairs and maintenance related issues
- Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information
About you:
Youll need:
- Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience ofscheduling trade resources, administrating repairs and maintaining accurate records
- Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities
- Well organised with good influencing skills and a keen eye for detail
