The Team:

CYMHS is undergoing an expansion of services with many exciting opportunities to provide high level administrative support to the MDT team in a community setting.

The Role:

Actively contribute to and support the Clinical Lead and Team leader to provide administrative support to the H2H kids team. Support Clinical Lead to complete and collect clinical data and designated Key Performance Indicators administratively to meet reporting requirements and collation of data as required to accurately reflect service performance

You will need:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in contemporary office management practices, including knowledge of medical terminology or the ability to quickly acquire. Well-developed computer skills and organisational skills including ability to transcribe written, and audio recorded information.
  • Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment, cooperating and working well with other team members in all CYMHS areas; respect the needs and ideas of others; provide support and assistance to team members, resolve conflicts, and appropriately share information with team members.
  • Proven ability to provide leadership and training to other administrative staff, including mentoring staff with the ability to appropriately delegate responsibilities to ensure the development of administrative team members.

Details of appointment:

Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 26 June 2026

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary:$73,811 to $79,779 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
