Our Greater Boston area client is looking for multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists with at least one year of experience in talent acquisition or human resources; experience with Microsoft Teams a bonus. This role meets onsite 1-2 times a month so looking for locally based talent; the pay rate on this is $22-$27/hr W2.

About the Role

This role involves delivering excellent brand experience to all candidates and providing diversified support for multiple Recruiters and Distribution Center locations in a dynamic high volume fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers excellent brand experience to all candidates.
  • Provides diversified support for multiple Recruiters and Distribution Center locations in a dynamic high volume fast-paced work environment.
  • Acts as business partner and liaison to both Recruiters and Distribution Center HR Team on process.
  • Schedules onsite and virtual interviews at Distribution Center locations.
  • Drafts and sends offer letters to candidates.
  • Initiates and tracks progress of Pre-Hire Background Checks; adjudicates Former Employment and Education flags.
  • Partners with internal contacts (Distribution Center HR, HR Compliance, HR Xpress, Payroll) to ensure accurate new hire records and documentation.
  • Communicates with candidates and internal/external contacts across various channels (email, phone, text).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Required Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication with the flexibility to assess and tailor communication style to others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective prioritization.
  • Self-directed individual who can work independently and collaborate as needed with peers and across functionally.
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain an open mindset.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational and follow through skills.
  • Reliable Internet/WiFi connection.
  • Flex work model – at least 2 in office days a month.
  • As business dictates or during peak season, may need to support Saturdays and outside of normal working hours.
