Team Leader role
A Team Leader at Greens Retail supports the management team by effectively running shifts, motivating colleagues, and ensuring tasks are completed. We seek exceptional individuals who thrive on challenges and aim to deliver one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your typical day will involve:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Creating a positive working environment
- Prioritising workload to maintain store standards and motivate the team
- Building strong community links and hosting local events
- Ensuring efficient store operations in compliance with health & safety and other procedures
Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
