As Onboarding Manager, you\’ll be at the heart of creating a world-class experience for new joiners-playing a key role in building a high-performance, collaborative culture from day one.

What you\’ll be doing:
Design and implement a holistic onboarding and integration strategy aligned with a forward-thinking people vision.
Create tailored onboarding pathways for direct employees and those joining via partner organisations-ensuring equal access, experience, and clear expectations.
Develop policies, content, and toolkits (from welcome packs to digital portals) that inform and inspire.
Streamline onboarding processes by partnering with Talent Acquisition, IT, Legal, Hiring Managers and Communications.
Introduce and manage onboarding platforms, ensuring a seamless journey from pre-boarding to the first 90 days and beyond.
Establish success metrics and feedback loops to measure onboarding effectiveness, engagement, and readiness.
Be a cultural ambassador and change agent, helping embed a strong, inclusive, and collaborative organisational identity.
What we\’re looking for:
Proven experience building onboarding or integration programmes at scale, ideally in high-growth, complex, or start-up environments
Track record of onboarding diverse talent types-including direct hires, secondees, and partner organisation staff
Confidence in building processes and systems from scratch
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple functions and levels
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments-able to balance strategy and hands-on delivery
Experience with onboarding platforms, HRIS systems, and digital content delivery
A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to quickly build trust
Desirable:
Experience in cross-organisational collaboration or joint ventures
Familiarity with change management and inclusive onboarding practices
