Kramp, a leader in the agricultural market for parts, is seeking a People Manager Tech to elevate our software engineering teams.

We are evolving our technology landscape that powers multiple digital sales channels and webshops, serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of one billion euros per year.

As the People Manager Tech, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of Kramp and our Software Engineers. With your passion for coaching, empowering, and facilitating engineers, you\’ll ensure that developers perform at their peak and reach their full potential.

The product teams work with Agile practices, and you will support their development and delivery using leadership skills, team development, and Agile tools. You’ll help cultivate ownership and cross-functional collaboration, creating an environment for teams to thrive.

You will oversee teams within the e-commerce domain, including areas such as Assortment, Findability, Customer Connect, or eCommerce Foundation.

Your team will report directly to the Director of Digital Technology, working together to ensure the teams are well-equipped for growth. You will also be part of a leadership team of Tech People Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a group of around 20 Software Engineers across 2 to 3 teams, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
  • Balancing the needs of people and the company, supporting the growth of tech specialists aligned with company strategy.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure quality delivery.
  • Supporting Agile practices within teams through participation and facilitation of workshops and sessions.
  • Fostering engineer satisfaction and facilitating opportunities for team transitions.
  • Tracking key metrics such as employee NPS, team health, retention, and personal development.
  • Working with HR to ensure engineers are set for success and aligned with company expansion.
  • Overseeing capacity planning, performance cycles, and implementing growth frameworks.

Who are you?

  • Experienced in managing 20+ FTE in a tech/digital or e-commerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile roles like Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
  • Trusted advisor for leadership on People Strategy & Growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Leading by example with continuous learning and feedback fostering.
  • Familiar with Agile principles across multiple teams.
  • Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culturally sensitive, empowering, and skilled at creating a safe growth environment.
