I’m currently working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are seeking a General Practice Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis for an initial 6-month period.

Key Duties:

  • Handling a range of landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and new lettings
  • Day-to-day estates management responsibilities
  • This role may involve valuation work too but it\’s not required to be a registered valuer.
  • General Practice Estates Management.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification is preferred
  • Registered Valuer status is not required
  • Previous estates management experience is vital, with Local Authority background preferred but not essential

This role offers flexible working—with one day a week in the office, with the remainder of the time remote. Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered.
