Nursery Manager – Pippins Pre-School & Nursery

Pippins is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ nursery for 0-5 year olds, described by Ofsted as welcoming, warm and friendly. The role includes managing the day to day nursery operations, alongside the wrap-around pre and post school provision at Landscore School (Crediton).

Pippins is dedicated to providing an inclusive, friendly and caring environment which aims to lead the way for learning through play.

As an excellent nursery manager you will:

  • Be enthusiastic and passionate about learning
  • Be warm, friendly and approachable
  • Be committed to providing a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment
  • Have experience of leading a nursery setting and team
  • Able to build positive relationships with children, parents and team members
  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in a full and relevant Early Years qualification
  • Able to lead the team with positivity and support staff development and performance monitoring
  • Have experience and knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practice
