We invite dynamic and enthusiastic applicants to join us at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust as Static Band 5 Outpatient physiotherapists. Our outpatient physiotherapy team see patients referred from services across the Calderdale and Huddersfield health economy, with our services offered on a number of sites. In Calderdale we offer the full MSK pathway, including FCP, out-patient physiotherapy and the MSK service who work closely with orthopaedic services We are committed to supporting our static band 5 physiotherapists to develop their MSK skills with protected time and support from our senior clinicians. The post is aimed at existing band 5 physiotherapists who have NHS experience .,

The post-holder will rotate around locations within the Calderdale and Huddersfield health economy, working in lively, friendly hubs where you will have support on an informal basis and through formal supervision and annual appraisal. - In addition to mandatory training you will have opportunities to participate in relevant in-service training and other activities as part of continual professional development.
- Due to the nature of the role the successful applicant would hold a full UK drivinglicence and have access to a vehicle. However, if this is not possible due to adisability defined by the Equality Act 2010 then reasonable adjustments would beconsidered.
