We are working with a long-established, highly respected commercial services group to recruit a Financial Controller into a key leadership role at their Northern Ireland headquarters. This is a senior, hands-on position within a sizeable finance function, offering broad exposure across operational finance, group control, treasury, and strategic business partnering. The role will suit a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while acting as a trusted business partner to the wider leadership team. You will play a central role in financial planning, performance monitoring, and driving profitability improvements across the group.
