A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced and dedicated Financial Controller to join its experienced finance team at a key site in Belfast. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a vital role in a growing, high-performing business, where you will have the chance to influence key decisions and shape the financial future of a multi-million-pound operation.

The company is modernising their function as they've recently implemented a new ERP and are now looking at new reporting structures to reduce month-end close timings and the new Financial Controller will be instrumental in shaping this.

Whats on Offer:

  • £65k – £75k base salary

  • Up to 20% bonus

  • 10% pension

  • 25 days leave + stats

  • Private medical

  • Hybrid working

  • On-site free parking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day finance and oversee a team of 7

  • Deliver monthly reporting, forecasts, and strategic insight.

  • Work in tandem with commercial business units

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and work with the FD

  • Develop new reporting structure to reduce month-end

What Youll Bring:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).

  • Team leadership experience

  • Experience with FP&A or ERP systems is desirable

  • Experience in a larger revenue business is desirable
