The successful person will be someone who thrives working in a competitive & fast paced sales environment. What you can expect: As one of our Trainee IT specialist recruiters, you'll have the responsibility of managing your own niche market. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and this will require you to network with your clients and IT professionals within your market. You'll have the ability to earn commission from day one on top of your base salary and receive on the job training and support through our internal training programme, dedicated internal trainer & your team leader.
