We’re looking for a confident and capable Senior Account Handler to support a team of Account Executives and service a portfolio of established commercial clients across a range of sectors.

Your Role
-
Manage the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial clients

Handle renewals, MTAs, and new business admin across a range of commercial lines (e.g. property, liability, motor, combined)

Prepare and issue policy documents, renewal terms, and market presentations

Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and Account Executives

Use Acturis (or similar) to process documentation and maintain accurate records
-
Provide technical advice and support to junior handlers where needed
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a commercial insurance account handling role (ideally 5+ years)

Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial products

Confident communicator, both with clients and insurer partners

Highly organised with attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Experience with Acturis is a bonus (training provided if not)

CII-qualified or working towards it (preferred)
