Job Summary

We’re looking for licensed therapists in Virginia who want to combine flexibility with purpose. In this role, you’ll meet clients virtually, offering guidance through stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. You’ll work a steady weekday schedule while enjoying the benefits of a remote setup that allows you to stay balanced and focused on care.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
  • $100,000 – $110,000 annually
  • Full benefits package

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
  • Build treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust care approaches as necessary
  • Document services in compliance with state and federal standards
  • Collaborate with peers virtually to support clients holistically

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
  • Strong telehealth communication skills
