Job Description

This is a part-time position; the salary will be pro-rata\’d based on the hours worked.
We are seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our team at Craigellachie. If you are forward-thinking, child-centered, and committed to leading and supporting a team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment, this role is ideal. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing daily operational tasks within the house at a management level, and contributing to the development of others.
Requirements
This position is considered a Regulated Role with Children and Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020, and membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
