Job Description
Are you ready to shape the future of operational resilience in a leading bank? We’re looking for an experienced Head of Operational Resilience to lead our clients efforts in safeguarding critical services and ensuring our organisation can anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruptions.
About the Role:
In this high-impact position, you’ll:
Develop and execute a robust operational resilience strategy.
Define critical business services, impact tolerances, and recovery objectives.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across risk, compliance, IT, and operations.
