Job Description
South of Leicester city, our clients are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the manager in the day to day running of their busy setting. Salary is c£30k plus great benefits with this Provider

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years\’ previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year\’ experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted Regulatory standards and requirements
