Join Tiro, a leading provider of science and technology apprenticeships, as a Work Based Learning Coach to support learners through their Level 3 Laboratory Technician qualification.
We help apprentices join ambitious businesses and believe in making a real difference in the world through science and technology. Your role will involve driving learner progress, combining your industry expertise, lab management experience, and coaching skills to support workplace learning and competency development.
The Role
You will help shape the future of science and technology by developing the next generation of Laboratory Technicians. Your responsibilities include supporting learners, fostering employer and mentor partnerships, and ensuring successful training outcomes.
About You
We seek someone with the right attitude and aptitude, who is passionate about science, eager to share knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be a self-starter, collaborative, and willing to travel across the UK to support learners.
Safeguarding
This role involves contact with learners aged 16 and above. Tiro is committed to safeguarding and will conduct relevant checks, including a DBS disclosure.
The Package
- Salary: £35,000 to £40,000
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Flexible hours and remote work with occasional travel

Additional Information
