As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality ambulatory clinic care and maintaining efficient clinic operations. Reporting to the Clinical Services Director, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the clinic, ensuring that the highest standards of care are met and that clinic staff work effectively and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
Experience in analyzing data to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and make recommendations for improving clinic operations.
Proven ability to develop and monitor corrective action plans to ensure compliance with clinical and nursing standards.
Expertise in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of care coordination and services in collaboration with medical practice leadership and interdisciplinary team members.
Experience in serving as the audit lead during CMS/DHCS reviews.

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred; professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active RN Licence
Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing an ambulatory clinic, including oversight of RN, LVN, and MA staff, or equivalent nurse leadership experience in a high-volume outpatient setting.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Proficiency in managing clinic workflows and ensuring safety and efficiency.
Ability to foster a supportive environment for clinic staff and patients.
Experience with electronic medical record systems and data analysis.
