Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of clients in face to face clinics.
- Supporting clients who want to quit smoking.
- Supporting clients with behaviour change to address various aspects of their health using SMART goal setting, taking into account the clients’ individual lifestyles, motivations and risk factors.
- Attending regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Accurately recording client information on role specific databases.
- Generating referrals.
- Working with colleagues across all Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments.
- Ensuring safeguarding, information governance and clinical governance policies and procedures are followed; DBS checks are part of our safer recruitment processes.
- Helping to maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward and embedding our values.

Contract & Details
Contract: Permanent – 4 days a week (Thursday is a fixed day the successful candidate is expected to work).
Salary: £23,810 (pro rata for part-time).
Location: East Sussex – clinics in the Uckfield and Heathfield area.
Closing Date: 9am 13 October 2025. Interviews are likely to take place on Thursday 23 October 2025 (face to face in Eastbourne).
