We are looking for an Apprentice 1st Line Support Engineer to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Windows networks, including associated cloud services, infrastructure, and connectivity; providing 1st line technical support to clients.
- Troubleshooting and fixing technical faults and issues.
- Responding to client queries and service requests.
- Assisting with user rights, passwords, and accounts.
- Handling basic security administration.
- Diagnosing issues and explaining technical details clearly.
- Occasional onsite visits to clients when needed.
