Illusorium Studios busca un perfil de Lighting/Render & Compositing Supervisor con posibilidad de trabajar presencialmente en su oficina en Madrid. La persona seleccionada será responsable tanto del departamento de Lighting/Render como del de Composición, garantizando la calidad técnica y artística en la integración de todos los elementos visuales para obtener la versión final de las escenas.
Funciones principales
- Responsable de los departamentos de Lighting/Render y Composición, conectando ambos equipos.
- Garantizar la coherencia artística y calidad técnica en la integración de los elementos visuales.
- Liderar y desarrollar el equipo de lighting y compositing, gestionando comunicación, desempeño y resolución de conflictos.
- Supervisar los procesos de creación de secuencias de lighting y composición.
- Traducir las indicaciones del Director de Arte para adaptarlas al estilo artístico requerido en cada proyecto.
- Colaborar con supervisores de otros departamentos implicados en el proceso.
- Actualizar el pipeline del departamento en estrecha colaboración con los Technical Director (TDs).
- Realizar composición de escenas finales cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos
- Amplios conocimientos del proceso técnico en una producción de Animación 3d.
- Dominio de Nuke y Houdini (Solaris, USD, Arnold).
- Experiencia mínima de dos años en posiciones de supervisión.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa y excelente comunicación.
- Resolución eficiente de problemas técnicos.
- Español e inglés avanzados.
