Position Summary

We are looking for a Quality Manager to drive a culture of excellence at our plant in Barnstaple. Own and optimize the quality management system to deliver top-tier services, aligning with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Champion continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives to meet and exceed the division\’s quality goals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Quality Team.
  • Manage all aspects of ISO 9001 and IATF16949 QMS standards.
  • Design and perform internal audits of the Quality Management systems.
  • Represent the company by interfacing with customers and managing customers concerns system.
  • Ensure compliance to specified quality requirements across the departments.
  • Support 0 Defects Culture implementation and Quality upskilling of all business functions.
  • Collect and analyze data, prepare reports and make recommendations.

Who we are looking for:

  • Internal Auditor ISO 9001 and IATF16949 qualified.
  • Minimum Lvl 6 qualification in Quality Assurance or equivalent.
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 Process and Product Audits.
  • Great communication skills at all organisation leveles.
  • Strong data analytics skills to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Proven track record of driving business improvements.

Ideally, you also have:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt.
