Responsibilities
- Administer and optimise Salesforce systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings within Salesforce.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support across departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business goals.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to enhance system functionality.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- A learner’s mindset with adaptability to new tools and processes.
- Experience in data management, including importing/exporting data and maintaining data integrity.
