Tara Professional Recruitment is proud to be supporting a successful and welcoming secondary school in North Shropshire, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, in their search for a part-time English Teacher.

This role is to start in September 2025, working 4 days per week, and will initially run until October, with the potential to be extended until Christmas.

The Role:

  • Delivering high-quality English lessons from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 5
  • Planning engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to support continued improvement
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Recent teaching experience in UK secondary schools
  • Strong subject knowledge in English
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
