Are you ready to lead the charge in delivering high-quality data testing solutions across complex projects? We’re looking for a Test Lead – Data to join our Group Functions, Change & Technology Services team. In this role, you’ll shape and implement test data strategies, lead testing across a range of data projects, and ensure alignment with our quality standards.
You’ll work with a diverse group of stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement, and help drive innovation in our testing practices. If you’re passionate about data, quality, and leadership, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and executing a test data management strategy across multiple projects
- Planning and coordinating test activities to meet project objectives and timelines
- Designing and executing test cases for data testing including extract, transform, load, and data migration
- Managing defect identification, tracking, and resolution processes
- Reporting on test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing with business needs
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives within the testing function
- Supporting and mentoring team members across onshore and offshore locations
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading test delivery and test data management in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of data testing methodologies and tools, including ETL and data migration
- Familiarity with test data management tools such as Delphix, Informatica, or IBM Infosphere Optim
- Excellent planning, organisational, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and drive quality outcomes
- ISTQB certification (foundation required, advanced desirable)
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Familiarity with test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA and XRay
