User Experience (UX) Writer – Contract

Day Rate: Up to £500 DOE

This role will:
- Play a critical part in crafting the voice of our brand across all member-facing communications.
- Guide, inform, and engage our customers, creating seamless and delightful user experiences.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to our brand voice and tone.
What you will do:
- Content creation:
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for all member touchpoints, including:
- In-app copy
- Email communications (e.g., registration emails, engagement campaigns, transactional communications)
- Transactional notifications
- Registration pages
- Onboarding journeys
- Campaign copy
- Maintain consistency with our brand voice and tone across all platforms.
- Ensure that all content adheres to established glossaries and terminology.
- Use member feedback and insights to inform content improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine which copy drives better conversion rates and enhances member understanding.
- Track performance metrics and iteratively refine content for optimal results.
- Partner with product managers, engineering, designers, marketers, and other Onsi colleagues to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Advocate for the user in all aspects of the design and development process.
- Work quickly without compromising quality to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Produce simple, exciting, and effective copy that resonates with readers.

- Understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and content management systems.
- Proven experience in A/B testing and using data to drive content decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
