Client Administrator
We are seeking a Client Administrator to join our SIPP team. This role can be based in our Glasgow or Cheltenham office on a hybrid working basis. This is an 18‑month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities
- Carry out any client work, ensuring client communication and ownership of tasks according to documented procedures.
- Ensure tasks are completed within agreed service levels, priorities and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate time records against tasks daily, aiming to minimise non‑billable time.
- Support clients while meeting regulatory and legislative requirements and treating all clients fairly.
- Work in accordance with BW values and behavioural competencies.
Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C/5 or equivalent.
- Experience in pensions and working in a team environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of the SIPP marketplace is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous development of skills and knowledge.
