Lubrication Engineer
Salary: £27,000–£30,000
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established lubrication manufacturing company in Sheffield. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Lubrication Engineer to their experienced and supportive team.
This is a hands‑on role working across two large machine shops, supporting both the maintenance and production teams to keep equipment running efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out lubrication on a range of machinery
- Perform full oil changes across equipment
- Conduct oil analysis and report on any changes or trends
- Monitor and interpret lubrication results
- Top up oil levels and ensure correct lubricant usage
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years’ experience in lubrication engineering or a similar maintenance‑based role
- Strong understanding of lubrication principles, lubricants, and lubrication systems
- Familiarity with lubrication management software and condition monitoring tools
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and in a team
