An ERP Support Manager (ERP, Application Support, CRM, Stock Management) is required by a well-established, profitable software company based in Hemel Hempstead with nearly 30 years\’ experience delivering cutting-edge ERP solutions to the wholesale, distribution, and retail sectors. This team support the flagship ERP product, which is a fully configurable ERP platform used by businesses ranging from food distributors, wholesalers, builders merchants and manufacturing companies
To be successful you\’ll need:
- Experience managing ERP support teams (5-8 people), ideally across 1st to 3rd line support.
- Hands-on ERP application support experience (not just people management).
- Background supporting configurable ERP platforms.
- Understanding of ERP, order processing, invoicing, stock, and trade counter modules.
- Proven ability managing support escalation processes and issues.
- Exposure to AI in support environments is a strong plus.
