Consortium Professional Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our valued client to recruit a Stock Controller to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong stock control and stores experience, ideally in an engineering or technical environment.
The Role
As Stock Controller, you\’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of inventory across the site. Youll be involved in a variety of day-to-day operational tasks that support the engineering team, including:
- Issuing stock to engineers and putting stock away
- Kit building for engineering projects
- Stock checking and cycle counts
- Supporting stores relocation, binning and labelling stock
- Installing racking and maintaining an organised stores environment
- Processing orders placing and booking in deliveries
- Working collaboratively with colleagues based in other locations (remote IT connection provided)
This role offers a hands-on and varied workload and is ideal for someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a wider engineering support team.
