A day in the life of an Ascent Business Co-ordinator
As the Business Co-ordinator you will be part of a friendly team who are involved in providing a diverse range of professional business support services across three sites within a defence environment. The role is predominantly based at RAF Shawbury however travel to other sites may be required. A full UK driving licence is essential.

You will be involved with:
- Co-ordinating a range of business and training activities for employees, trainees and partners across our sites.
- Compiling, inputting and interpreting accurate data within a variety of systems.
- Providing business reports and analysing data to support business performance.
- Delivering a range of Health & Safety activities and proactively supporting the requirement for safety compliance at our sites.
- Monitoring and controlling site budget expenditure and actively pursuing value for money alternatives to reduce costs.
- Providing a range of policy advice and guidance to employees, trainees and partners to support compliance.
- Support and assist the Business Manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.
